has anyone ever simulated a glazed façade corner with therm?

I have done some work with glass corners.  Whether they were accurately modeled or not is up for debate.

Are you trying to establish a u-factor, or are you looking for condensation risk, or are you trying to determine something else?

What does the corner detail look like?  Is it a glass-to-glass junction with just a silicone joint?  Is the glass mitred?  Is it a stepped IG unit?

It's a 90degree corner with split mullion (female+male) and stepped IG unit.
