Hell all
I've been working with therm for years, but now for the first time i found no solution for a problem. A component of concrete won't be meshed. I redrew it with the rectangular and polygon option, fixed the overlapping. But always the same  result. No meshing.

Thanks for your help in advance

Sometimes you need to break up a polygon to make it mesh right. Since this is a solid material (concrete), there is no problem to break that rectangle into any number of arbitrary sections. I tried making it 2 triangles and it worked right away.

Adding points along the sides of the polygon in question might work too. Anything that changes how the mesh gets generated can potentially fix this kind of error.

Yes, that is the right approach to take. Either adding points or breaking up the polygon into multiple polygons. Anything that will add points to change what the mesher sees to mesh.

Thanks Jonathan!!
