Installation

I keep receiving the same error when trying to install the THERM program:

" the code execution cannot proceed because libifcoremd.dll was not found.  Reinstalling the programe may fix this problem"

I have followed the instructions online exactly and installed all of the requisite distributable programs etc.  I have reinstalled the program to no avail.  i have read all the forum responses as well.  Nothing seems to work...please help!???

On the Redistributables page, there is this Troubleshooting section
