Hello, I'm a beginner in using THERM software, and I tried simulating a wall-roof junction i had designed in autocad some time back to try and understand how it works. I have drawn my polygons, set my materials, fixed any bad points, and set boundary conditions, but it keeps on saying there's an error when doing the calculations. I'm attaching the file, and i hope someone can understand and explain the issue to me.

I run THERM 7.8.80 as well. At first I thought it might be an issue with the redistributed libraries, so I repaired them and restarted my laptop, but the issue remains. I have no idea how to proceed, and i need to run the simulation for a university assignment.

This looks like a permissions issue, ie, THERM needs access to the C: Program Files  (x86) folder.

Make sure you are running THERM as Administrator

You can right click on the THERM program icon, select More, and you should see a "Run as Administrator" option.
