Can you provide the THERM file?

Also what version of THERM are you running? You can see the 3 digit version number in Help/About.

Sure. Thank you for your quick response. I'm using version 7.8.77.0. Please see my THERM file attached.

The line shape you're seeing is actually a polygon. I'm sure you didn't put it there on purpose and it showed up when you underlayed your dxf. After deleting it (and another overlapping polygon at the glazing bead), the model runs. You probably want to look at your Boundary Conditions and FU-Factor Surface tags and make sure they are what you want, but it will calc for you now.

Yes I found the same "line" that is actually a polygon and needed to be deleted.

There were also a lot of very small connected frame cavities, which really shouldn't be modeled that way. I deleted them and closed the gaps with the surrounding polygons. I fixed these in the file I am attaching. I agree that you should look at how your boundary conditions are defined. I don't quite understand what you are trying to model, and what surfaces should have interior and exterior boundary conditions.

I don't understand how the BCs are set up. What are you trying to model?
