System Error When Trying to Run Either THERM or WINDOW

I downloaded both Therm and Window for the first time. I also downloaded the Visual C++ Redistributable and the Fortran compiler. I've tried restarting my computer. I've tried uninstalling both programs and reinstalling. I've tried copy/pasting the contents of my ia32 folder into both folders that house the therm7.exe and W7.exe. I continue to get the same system error. I can't find the libifcoremd.dll file in my ia32 folder, which I think might be the issue. Can you help?
