Dear THERM Technical Support Team,

This is to bring to your attention that we are encountering the following errors when installing and running the THERM application: missing DLLs such as svml_dispmd.dll and libifcoremd.dll.

THERM Version : 7.8.80

We have investigated the issue and followed the vendor’s recommendation to install the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Runtime. However, we tested multiple versions without resolving the problem.

From our analysis, it appears these DLLs are associated with the Intel Compiler/Fortran Runtime Libraries, which are typically included in the Intel oneAPI Base Toolkit or the Intel Fortran Compiler Runtime Redistributable.

Could you please advise on the appropriate steps or provide the required runtime package to resolve this issue?

Your earliest support is highly appreciated!

Regards,

Thareesha

You have been able to resolve this, correct?
