Trouble loading library file

Hello support team,

I have successfully installed Therm 7.8.71.0 and have calculated a warm bridge. After that, when I open Program ones more, error message 'Trouble loading library files' came directly.(Picture 1). I cannot calculate because of this error. (Picture 2). I have tried many times reinstallation to solve my problem, but that's not working. I cannot also load library.
