Dear THERM and WINDOW team,

We followed the instructions to install the redistributable packages. But we cannot find the libifcoremd.dll file in the highlighted directory still.
This is the only dll we have.

Please help us because this issue has impacted half of the team. This occured after switching the laptops and re-install the THERM and WINDOWS since 1 -2 months ago.
Kind regards,
Wency

Hi Wency

Sorry about the problems you are having. Unfortunately I cannot see any of the images you posted.  Can you try again or try another way to clarify what you have done and see?

Also when you say "impacted half of the team" does that imply you are working for some sort of organization? If so can you check and see if there are any sort of group policies or other organization-based things in place that may be affecting the install of the redistributables?

Thanks

Stephen

Unfortunately I still cannot see any of the images you have posted. I'm not sure where the problem is with the images but this is what your posts look like to me:

You said before that the issue "has impacted half of the team". Do you have some sort of IT department you can ask for help? Have you read what is written in this thread? https://groups.google.com/g/LBNL-THERM/c/sq6_6b2w020 Please take note of the preamble paragraphs before the list of instructions on using msiexec.
