Error message when opening THERM

What program are you running when you get this message? I assume THERM? When this happens I believe that you are given an option to select a library file. Is that not happening?

I'm having the same issue. I get the option to select a library file, which works correctly, but if I save the THERM file and close it, I get the same message when I reopen it.
