Therm Boundary Overlap

I have a Window profile in Therm. An interlock for a SGD. I have cleared all the red circles in the Model, but Therm says there is a boundary overlap off the screen and I can't get to the area it is calling out. Has any one come across this? any tips for clearing this error?
