THERM 8.1 Snap to Underlay Issue

Hello,

I imported a dxf file to test out drawing geometries, and the lines will not snap to my dxf no matter the snap settings. It will only snap to the grid even when it is not visible. Please let me know how to fix this.

You can use the spacebar to make the line snap to the DXF file lines if the drawing cursor is relatively close to the line.

You might also try autoconvert when you import your DXF file.

Others on this forum will probably have better advice than I do, as there have been lots of discussions about how to deal with DXF files.
