Double layer poly carbonate wall (Two layers in between air gap)

Hi all, 

I created double layer poly carbonate window and its thermal properties are making sense to me. However, when i upload it into TRNBuild (TRNSYS), it doesn't work for my model. The error attached. I am not sure, this error is because of window development or its integration in TRNSYS. Is there anyone wo can guide me how to tackle this issue.
