Hello

I am currently running THERM 7.8.80 and can't seem to get the report function to generate anything. I've recently upgraded my laptop and I'm running Windows 11 Pro -might it be related to this? I was running an earlier version of therm (and windows) on my previous laptop and it worked without any problems.
Or could it be something else I'm missing?!

Many thanks,

Catherine

Here is a Knowledge Base article with some information about printing reports.

Let me know if that doesn't fix the problem.

What exactly does it do when you try to run the report? I believe I've seen this function fail when the glazing system name is too long. In that case, Therm crashes entirely. It could be something like that.

Thank you for your responses. I've downloaded and registered the  RICHTX32.OCX file however this hasn't worked and has affected how Therm is running-  When I open the program it is saying my materials and boundary libraries have a bad format and when I try to open a file, it crashes.

Previously when I went to run the report, nothing at all happened, it didn't crash or anything.

Many thanks,

Catherine

Hmm. That's not good.

I guess try deleting the RICHTX32.OCX file and see if that returns THERM to it's previous state.

I haven't heard of that issue before.

Hi Robin
I've now got it sorted - running on version 7.4.4 (with the RICTX32.OCX file reinstalled and registered). I uninstalled everything and managed to get hold of the setup instructions from the course I did a few years ago. I'm not sure if it was related to the therm version or an error of mine somewhere along the way!
Thank you very much for your help!
