Unable to install Therm 7.8.74 on Window2 11

Hi,

This is my 5th time trying to install Therm to my laptop, Windows 11)... I did Therm 7.8.74 with the Redistributable libraries X86 version, restarted laptop and until now everytime I open Therm, this pop up still on

I've been trying for the last whole week and I won't be able to do Exam without it....
