U Factors Result Doesn't Show Edge Glass Boundary Condition

when i try to show the u factor result there is no edge boundary calculation result like normal result like :

may i know the problem solving, thank you in advance

Check to make sure the interior frame Boundary Conditions have the "Frame" U-factor tag.
