Therm 7.8 error

hello. When I complete modeling in Therm7.8 and click Calculate, I get two errors as shown. Why? I will also attach the file.

What version of THERM 7.8 are you running? You can see the 3rd digit version number in Help/About

This is a very "large / tall" model with a LOT of detail, and I'm not surprised THERM is having trouble meshing it. 

I will look at this today and see if I can get it to run, but it might not be possible.

I tried running this file in THERM 8, which has the new and improved mesher and get the same error message. 

So there is something more fundamentally wrong with the file. 

I may need to have one of our programmers look at it to figure out what the problem is.

There are special characters in your material names, so you need to delete those. THERM can't handle those special characters. 

Once you do that, if the file still doesn't run, let us know.

I renamed those three materials, and I also increased the Quad Tree Mesh Parameter from 7 to 8.

With those 2 changes I was able to simulate the file

Hopefully if you also make those changes, you will be able to simulate your model, without even needing to simplify the geometry !!
