Color Legend Not Displaying

When I display the infrared results I have checked 'show color legend' but I don't see it anywhere. Any troubleshooting for this?

I presume that you have the settings as in the screenshot below? The color legend is a separate "dialog box" and so could potentially be hidden behind other screens on your computer (?). Also, what Operating System are you running?

Yes I have that checked. I tried it with no other windows open and minimized THERM and did not see it. I am running Windows 10.

I'm having this issue too.  Windows 10 and THERM 7.6.  The settings are set to show the legend, but it doesn't show up anywhere I can see.

I am having the same problem. I am working on windows 10, Therm 7.7.1.0. I am running on 2 displays. In the past I have been able to temporarily increase the monitor resolution and find the window and pull the window to the center of the screen. Thereby I adjust the resolution back and have the color legend window. Since the update to 7.7 I have not had any luck. Does anyone have any solutions?

The color legend dialog box should appear on top of the THERM program window, but I will look into this issue. One option might be to make the THERM program window not fill the entire monitor size, and then you might see the color legend.

I went back to version 7.6.0.1 which displays the color legend in Windows 10 correctly.

I am running THERM 7.7.07 on a Windows 10 computer, and do not have issues with seeing the color legend. It opens in a separate dialog box, and it is possible it is actually open somewhere, but hidden under the THERM window or other software windows ??

I also had this issue today running THERM 7.7.10.0 on Windows 10. The problem only occurs when the program is maximized. It was fixed by closing and reopening the model file and making sure the program window is not maximized before displaying the analysis results with the color legend box checked.

Update: The problem only occurs when the program is on my external (secondary) monitor. It works fine when the program is maximized on my laptop (primary) monitor.

I have had the issue of the color legend not showing for a couple of years now, on THERM 7.4, then 7.6.1.0, and now 7.7.10.0.  This fix of running the window on my primary screen without having it maximized is the first time I've been able to get the legend to appear in years.  Thank you!!
