I tested the Calc Manager in THERM 7.8.77, on a few of the THERM sample files that are part of the installation, and it worked without issue. 

I am wondering what you are seeing when you say that the "Cal Manager didn't work".

You're right. It was the min max in ini files. But I have other issues with this version. The Calc Manager didn't work. I  remove this version and reinstall  the .71 version. i was able to do my work. I will see next time if more issues happen. I am not working everyday with these softwares.

Using 7.8.77, I have nominal glass thickness checked, and I made your glazing system. It shows the thickness as nominal 3.0 mm

Can you email me your W7.8.ini file? That is where the nominal thickness settings are stored. Maybe your INI file doesn't have those values.
