Hi All,

The model already can be calculate, but there's a yellow boundaries on the edge of the glazing. I tried to click that boundaries, but it cannot detect.

Also i want to ask, why the model result is too purple? is it because the right side full adiabatic boundaries?

can you please help me for this issue?
I also share to you the glazing spec and the file to check it.. thankyou

fyi : I'm using THERM 7.8 & WINDOW 7.8

Hello, The yellow line is a display option "Show Surface Condensation Potential." That can be turned off by unchecking the box "Show Surface..." in Calculation>Display Options.

It looked to me like your boundary conditions were off. I corrected them with my best guess in the revised file attached. Also I rotated the model to be exterior left, interior right for convention. It looked like a jamb to me, not a sill, so I changed it to Jamb in properties.
Is this getting closer to what you intend?
