What version of THERM are you running? Look at the Help / About screen to get the version to 3 digits

This is the problem:

You have assigned very different temperatures at boundaries that are next to each other. For the node that is shared between these two lines, that is causing problems in the solver since it cannot decide if temperature at "touching" point is either zero or 20 degrees. Since you are using different BC for rest of the frame, I assume you have forgotten to change this small section too?
