Sim runs with top glazing system, not with bottom glazing system

Hi again

In the attached model, I have the same glazing system inserted from Window, upwards and downwards from a divider.

Can anyone perhaps suggest why the sim will run with the top glazing system, but not when the bottom glazing system is inserted?  There is no error or feedback at all.  

If I remove the top glazing system, this does not help, so the issue is not having two in the model. The issue is something about how I inserted the bottom glazing system specifically.  (If I remove the bottom glazing then the sim does run, albeit without any U-factor results, or with issues in that regard perhaps due to my regenerating BCs incorrectly.)

Sometimes when I regenerate the BCs, Therm circles a surface that I have not adjusted for a long time, far from the glazing-divider interface. Screenshot attached. Other times it does not.

I was able to run this file, without making any changes, in the latest version of THERM 7.8 and also 7.7.10.

I have attached the file that I ran in 7.7.10, which you should be able to open in THERM 7.7.12.
