Hello,
I am not sure did anybody have this problem but when I set up glass configuration in Window and when I insert the same configuration in Therm I get different glass thickness.
How to fix this?
Thanks in advance.

Each program has the option to set the thickness values to "Nominal Thickness"

In the THERM screenshot you can see the "(nominal)" indicator to the right of the thickness, so in this case THERM is set to use the nominal thickness for the glass layers. This can be set when importing a WINDOW glazing system into THERM

Then in WINDOW, you can also specify to use Nominal Thickness in File/Preferences/Options. Checking that box results in the glass layer 5012 having a thickness of 0.236

It looks like you are using nominal thickness in the THERM instance, and not in the WINDOW instance.

In WINDOW, the setting for displaying in nominal thickness is set in Preferences

In THERM, you indicate whether or not to use nominal thickness when you import the glazing system

Raymond

Can you email me the THERM file and the WINDOW database, zipped up?

You can make a small WINDOW database with just the relevant glazing systems by making a "Project Database" -- see this Knowledge Base article for details

Hi,
Which of unit system do you use in Window?
I think you should use the same unit systems in both programs.
