Broken link for dowload of Redistributable Packages THERM 7.8.77

I am attempting to download the required redistributable packages for THERM. The link shown in the screenshot below for Microsoft C++ download gives a 404 message. Where can I find a working link?

Yes, I replied to another user with this same issue but I will repeat it here, just for good measure !!

It seems that Microsoft has changed the location of their libraries. 

This link should work, and I am updating the WINDOW and THERM web pages to use this link instead. 

https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/cpp/windows/latest-supported-vc-redist

Let me know if you are still having issues getting to the right page.
