Color infrared result render not working THERM 7.8.16

Hi there,

I have a problem with color Infrared or Flux result rendering in THERM. Setting the resolution below 5 leads to an infinite loop and the program trying to plot the result. Setting it to 5 works but with artifacts (see pic). Model is attached.

Is there any solution for that?

I found the solution on my own. I'm running Windows 10. Go to the properties of the .lnk-File for THERM and enable the compatibility mode "Windows 7". Restart the application, now the rendering with 1 pixel resolution will work correctly. Hope this helps other with the same issue.
