Good Afternoon,

THERM version 7.8.71.0 - 07/10/23.
I have an issue with one detail. when I run th ecalculation the following error occur:
1.jpg
Check the settings and tried to play with quad mesh - no luck.
However, when pressing OK the calculation runs with a high error %.

Attached is the file.
I have been running the other detail (sill) almost the same layout - it runs fine.

Thanks
Dominik

I changed the Mesh parameter from 6 to 7 and that allows the file to simulate without issue

Hi Robin,

You gave me an idea, I checked it on another computer and it actually worked. I wonder why it shows an error on the original one?

The different orientations of the model, ie, sill vs head, can have an affect on how the model is meshed.

The final solution: reinstalling the Therm and all libraries. It is working now on Quad Mesh 7 on both computers.
