I would guess that group rides will not take place for a while.  It appears we would need a lawyer drafted waver of responsibility plus liability insurance.  The url by a lawyer from Florida explains this:  http://floridacyclinglaw.com/blog/archives/liability-and-risk-management-issues-for-cycling-clubs .  Thus, unless the group wants to have dues so we can afford liability insurance etc, we will stick with promoting safety on GMD.
