hi nathan,
the LAYSL Board agreed that this would be a nice camp to have up in Los Alamos this summer and they would like to me to continue exploring this more with you.
we had a few questions:
whether Next Level camps are co-ed or broken up into separate girl and boy groups. (not sure if the person favored one over the other)
i think we would have some U10/9 pre-comp players interested in the camp, as well as up to U15, maybe even higher.
how many players minimum to have a Next Level camp?
what weeks are you available to do a camp? what weeks is the Los Alamos YMCA doing their two camps? SF Northern camps? we’d like to arrange around them. and the SF and ABQ NMYSA ODP camps too.
we assume that Challenger Sports has their own insurance, yes?
we have free access to the Los Alamos North Mesa soccer fields (best grass, full size goals and four sets of portable U12 goals) and White Rock Overlook Park (3 big fields, full size and two-sets of portable U12 goals, more gopher holes) so no
costs there. both have restroom facilities. one could argue that WR Overlook Park has better structures to shelter in given the possibility of lightning.
please give me a call to discuss further.
best,
mike
Apologies I also forgot to mention, that no additional penatly cost to you as the league/club if the camp gets cancelled. I highly doubt that It would be the case.
Thanks Nathan.

Good morning all,
Thanks for sharing Stephani, the Next Level program is aimed at those who are competitive players with age ranges starting from 8 years+. Some programs start at age 10+ if this the organization's preference. We typically run a 3 hour program and
6 hour program. Monday - Friday.
Below I have attached what an agreement looks like, the prices on this are flexible and vary between organizations dependant on the field fee and the kickback that goes towards the club. This is a great way of raising funds for the club whilst
providing an educational experience.
Please feel free to check out the 1 minute video on the program. This will provide you with a nice idea on what the program looks like. .

Additionally, attached are documents that will help you explain the program and what the program is about.
If possible Michael, it would be great to have a conversation with you over the phone to discuss the small detail so I could then draft a finalized agreement where the LAYSL board can decide if you would like to partner with this program and partner
with Challenger Sports.
Additionally It would be nice to speak about the camps I that already manage in Los Alamos which we get 80 kids attending across the 2 camps this previous year.
I appreciate your time, let me know if you have questions.
Thank you, Nathan

thank you stephani.
I have attached a link to the Next Level camp that’s being held in Santa Fe the first week of June. I believe it was formerly named "One Week One Passion". The players must be at least 9 years old.
hi stephani,
i am forwarding your note to the LAYSL Board to consider. i think there could be interest. my son attended a Next Level camp in Santa Fe (may have been called something slightly different 2 years ago?) and had a good group of coaches that pushed
them a bit, but kept it fun too. i recall that at least half the group was from Los Alamos, so probably we could have enough interest.
my recollection is that this was an advanced camp and was for slightly older players. can you provide the age range, registration fees, and a link to the description of the program so that the LAYSL Board could discuss at our next board meeting
on Monday Feb. 3.
best,
mike
I wasn’t sure who to contact from LAYSL, so I’m reaching out to you to gauge interest in having a Next Level soccer camp in Los Alamos or White Rock this summer. If there is sufficient interest, Nathan Robinson (Regional Director for Challenger
out of Denver, CO and copied on this e-mail) will be happy to discuss and try to arrange a camp. Please forward as needed to get a response for Nathan as he is already arranging fields, scheduling coaches, etc.
Thanks,
Stephani
