I missed the last board meeting so this may have been covered.  Are we planning on holding academy style practice this fall?  If so, are we still looking at Mondays?  Also I am assuming games will be held on Friday evenings as usual.  We can at lease provide that information to the Gellis'.  If we keep to academy practices to Mondays we can post that on the website to help out parents and possible coaches.

the U8 LA coaches that we are recruiting look like they will practice together and do Mon and Wed nights.  (Carlos Casias and Jessica Sutherland)

the U8 WR coaches also indicated they were open to practicing together when i talked to one of them last night and she thought Mon and Wed nights might work better for them, but not sure yet.  (Megan Lee and Stacey Gartz)

if we can get coaches to practice together then each practice is effectively Academy style.

i don’t think the U10 coaches last year ever really got into Academy.  not sure who the U10 rec coaches will be this year.  jennifer, any volunteers on the U10 Rec side?  

it’s hard to promise specific nights when coaches aren’t in place.
