The signing of the Executive Order on ICT digital literacy by the
California Governor this week is very exciting news!
This action places California in an excellent leadership role in
advancing digital literacy skills and preparing students and workers
for 21st Century job skills.
The LINK AMERICAS ICT training and certification project will support
these efforts in California and nationally.
