LAC SCHOLARSHIP: LAST WEEK TO GET YOUR SUBMISSIONS IN!!   The LAC Board of Trustees are pleased to announce the availability of a $1,000.00 Scholarship for graduating High School Seniors or greater.  The deadline for submissions is April 1st!!

FY 20 ANNUAL DUES:  The LAC Office will be sending out the 2022 Fiscal Year Annual Billing Packets over the next two weeks.    If, for some reason, you do not receive yours, please contact the office immediately.  

The Board of Trustees is pleased to announce that the dues have remained the same as last Fiscal Year:

• House Lot - $1,060.00
• Undeveloped Lot - $740.00
• Extra Lot - $162.00
