keyserver receive failed: End of file

Greetings, i'm newbie in linux and i receive a problem.

i'm following instuction "Local Installation" 

https://doc-kurento.readthedocs.io/en/latest/user/installation.html 

 and when i do this step - # Import the Kurento repository signing key sudo apt-key adv --keyserver keyserver.ubuntu.com --recv-keys 5AFA7A83

i receive an error "keyserver receive failed: End of file"

i also tried receive key from https://keyserver.ubuntu.com/

but coulnd't find it.

Can you help me?

OK i found a solution for myself,maybe it will help somebody

try to change this  "sudo apt-key adv --keyserver keyserver.ubuntu.com --recv-keys"  to this "sudo apt-key adv --keyserver hkp://keyserver.ubuntu.com:80 --recv-keys 5AFA7A83"

This indeed helps :) But what is the problem? I was getting

sudo apt-key adv --keyserver keyserver.ubuntu.com --recv-keys 5AFA7A83

Executing: /tmp/apt-key-gpghome.svVajiISAv/gpg.1.sh --keyserver keyserver.ubuntu.com --recv-keys 5AFA7A83

gpg: keyserver receive failed: Server indicated a failure
