AMAZING coffee.
Our local roaster has started a new company called R Miguel that is
dedicated to finding the very best coffees from around the world. The first
offering is from Panama and called Nectar.
This is truly the best coffee of the year. In fact, I've cupped the famous
winning auction lot from Panama Esmeralda that went for $130 per pound green
(approximately double for roasted price), and this is significantly better.
It has all the honey, jasmine, bergamot, and tea, but with a killer body.
We will be serving this coffee on the Clover ($25 per cup) or as probably
one the most unique and complex espresso shots I've ever tasted on the
Synesso ($30 a double, which can be split into two singles).
This is not an everyday coffee, but for rather those who wish to truly taste
what is arguably the best cup of coffee currently. Come with curiosity as
Miguel, the roaster, will be at the shop to chat and answer any questions
about the coffee, farm, or great coffees in general.
