New prices and coffee management

The first thing is kind of one of those great problems. We've been
finding better and better espressos in the past couple of months.
However, in order to find and serve these it's becoming increasingly
clear that an increase of $0.25 on all espresso beverages is
necessary. I hope this doesn't make anything out of reach for anyone,
but I'll be sure to keep up my end of the bargain and continue
searching for the best blends and single-origins available.
The other order of business has to do with the coffee side of the menu
board. In an effort to work with our roasters who often have great
coffees but in small quantities, I've devised new system for rotating
the offerings. What will happen is that we will offer 4 or 5 coffees
at a time. Every month the coffees will change over, however, during
the month the coffees won't change. I feel this will allow us time to
find great coffees as well as keep the board interesting. In
addition, I'll be able to keep you updated on the coffee offerings by
sending out an email at the beginning of each month.
As always, I'm excited to try something new and hope it works. Bear
