I was just reading some more about workgroups and found an issue with
Hosts file.

Hosts lists local ip of 127.xx.xx.xx and my lan is on 192.xx.xx.xx
127.0.0.1 localhost
127.0.1.1 OptiPlex-745

127.0.0.1 is correct for localhost
