1 Year Contract

This is a customer-support role. Excellent customer service skills, technical knowledge, and communication skills are needed.

Provides support to end users on a variety of issues. Identifies, researches, and resolves PC and software technical problems. Responds to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support. Tracks and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution.

Qualifications:
Preferred Associate's degree in a related field.
At least 2 years of experience with desktop support.
Basic troubleshooting skills on Windows 7 operating system.
This is a very technical environment - candidate must be technically inclined, as well as an excellent communicator to effectively troubleshoot customer issues.
Candidate will need to take initiative, and display motivation to solve problems using own judgement..
