Kitzur SA 114:1 Bal Yeiro'eh and Bal Yimotzei

The KSA 114:1 paskens that even after b'dikah and bittul, if one still has Homeitz in his possession, that he still transgresses Bal Yeiro'eh and Bal Yimotzei every moment he possesses Homeitz.

This makes sense to re: the Issue of Hameitz she'ovar alav Happesach, that the K'nas should apply.

But it seems difficult re: Transgressing the d'oraissos of Bal Yeiro'eh and Bal Yimotzei, wouldn't the Bittul undo these 2 Lavvin?

Some one just suggested to me that the Kitzur SA means that Bittul could indeed help for a small quantity, but for a large quantity it doesn't help and that's why M'chiras Homeitz is a must.
