Kitzur SA 141:4 - Purim Kaddishim Before and After Megilah

Given that during Shacharis
after Hazoras Hashatz we say
Hatzi Kaddish,
then we Lain,
then Hatzi Kaddish
then Megilah,
then Ashrei / Uva Letziyyon
then Kaddish Tiskabbal

Vs.

Arvis where we have after the Amidah
then Kaddish Tiskabbal
then Megilah,
then v'atah kadosh
then Kaddish Shaleim without Tiskabbal aka - Kaddish Y'ehi Sh'lama.

Seems to me that at night it makes even more sense to have after the Amidah -
Hatzi Kaddish
then the Megilah,
then v'atah kadosh
then Kaddish Shaleim with Tiskabbal.

Same would apply for Tisha b'Av
why is the strucuture at night different then that of the morning?

I think on 9 b'Av it's different, in that we don't say tiskabel on account of שתם תפילתי.

Could Be

BUT the minhog in most places is
Tiskabbal
Eichah
V'atah Kadosh
Kaddish Sholeim w/o Tiskabbeil

Which matches Purim.

Really? The minhag is to say tiskabel on 9 av? That's news to me

The only time we skip it is at shacharis
