Kitzur SA 141:14,15

As noted in a previous post -
The Kitzur SA in 141:15 refers to the 4 Verses of G'ulah said aloud by the congregation, that the Korei should repeat these p'sukkim aloud.

While in the previous S'if 14 the KSA objects to the Minhog of the congregation saying aloud the 10 names of Haman, rather the Korei
alone should say them.

Given this Minhog exists for the Tzibbur to say the 10 names and then the Korei repeats them, how is that any worse than the case in s'if 15 re: the 4 verses of G'ulah?
