Hi Neighbors,

This is a heads up, letting you know early.

WSDOT announced today another weekend closure of NE 85th Street

Please be aware of full weekend closures at the I-405 / NE 85th St interchange in Kirkland (Exit 18) for interchange and BRT construction:

  • When: 10:00 PM Friday, Aug. 14 – 5:00 AM Monday, Aug. 17

  • Closed: All NB and SB I-405 on/off-ramps at NE 85th St, plus NE 85th St between 6th Ave and 120th Ave NE.

  • Impact: Signed detours will be active; (map attached) expect extra travel time and delays in the area.

  • What: Crews will grade pavement on Northeast 85th Street and install curbs.

Please plan your routes accordingly.
