Seeking volunteer to contact picnic sponsors!

Highlands neighbors,

We rely on sponsors to help pay for food and live music at our annual neighborhood picnic at Crestwoods Park. Our sponsor volunteer is moving away, so we need to find a new one. Can you help? Your tasks would be:

• In early June, email each of last year's 11 sponsors and ask if they would be willing to sponsor the picnic again (we provide the form letter with all information).
• Send email reminders to businesses as needed.
• Send thank you emails in late August, after the picnic.
