Neighborhood survey

The Kirkland Alliance of Neighborhoods (KAN) is representatives from all Kirkland neighborhoods who meet monthly with city staff to discuss issues that concern neighborhoods, and to gain a better understanding of what is happening citywide. KAN is conducting a survey of neighborhood residents to learn how KAN can do a better job of communicating, reaching all residents, and connecting neighborhoods.
