No egg hunt; picnic is uncertain

Hello Highlands neighbors:

There will be no spring egg hunt or garage sale again this year.

As for our picnic in late August, we will have to wait and see if it's
safe to gather at that time.

Sometime this summer we'll be sending out a survey asking what kinds of
neighborhood events you would like to have in the future.

Meanwhile, mask up, and enjoy seeing neighbors outside in our parks, and
on trails and sidewalks. Spring is almost here!
