Meeting tomorrow about Lee Johnson / Google's -- information below provided by Liz

Hi neighbors,

 

Things are moving quickly after the 6/28 approval by City Council of the Station Area upzoning.

 

City Council is scheduled to approve Google’s development plan on TUESDAY, JULY 18th. (This is not the detailed building designs for building permits, but it is the overall parameters of the project.)

 

There are 2 meetings tomorrow (Monday 7/11) about Google’s plans:

 

• 3:30 – 5:30 pm, City Hall north lobby (main lobby by the front door), Google Open House
  • Google will “provide information about their proposed development”. Maybe some drawings and people to answer questions?

 

• 6:00 pm  - City Council is holding a Public Hearing to take comments from the community
  • This link has the meeting materials, including a 2-page intro by city staff, the draft legal document (the Google Development Agreement), and the slides that Google presented at last Wednesday’s Council study session:
