Northbound I-405 closed in Kirkland for paving, June 27-30
All lanes of northbound I-405 in Kirkland will be closed from Northeast 70th Street to Northeast 124th Street starting as early as 11:55 p.m. Friday, June 27, to 4 a.m. Monday, June 30. Crews will work on paving I-405 to the new Northeast 85th Street bridge, as part of the I-405/Northeast 85th Street Interchange and Inline Station Project. A signed detour will be in place.
The following on- and off-ramps will be closed:
Expect weekend congestion and delays due to construction. Plan extra travel time, use alternate routes, or travel during off-peak hours when passing through the area. Nearby residents may experience noise, dust, and vibrations from this work.
