You will recall that a Private members's Bill was introduced in the
last Parliament as Bill C441. The purpose of the Bill was to cease the
adjustment of our CFSA based upon our CPP when we reached the age of
65.

Bill C 441 died on the order paper when the election was called.

It has nbow been reintroduced as Private Members Bill C 221 in the
First Session of the 39th Parliament. It is titled An Act to amend the
Canadian Forces Superannuation Act and the Royal Canadian Mounted
Police Superannuation Act (elimination of deduction from annuity)

It is suggested hat you should undertake to urge your MP to support
this Bill and in doing so identify the Bill number and its purpose.
