Circular Data Structures

Would we have to know how to implement a circular LinkedList or
circular Array.

Hey,

These techniques are fair game in that they are good ways of
exercising important data structures: linked lists and arrays. They
are also good questions in that they explore real-world applications
of these structures.

Notice that I'm not making any promises or guarantees in this forum.
But, definitely fair game.
