Dear Poets and Friends,

I am very pleased to announce that Atlas Poetica : A Journal of Poetry of Place in Modern English Tanka is complete and ready to be proofed by the poets. 

The inaugural issue of Atlas Poetica features over 500 poems in a generous 8.5 x 11 inch format with full color covers, 46 poets from around the world, and content in twelve languages representing more than twenty countries. Atlas Poetica truly strives to be an atlas of the poetic world. 

Poets have received separate email with instructions on how to access and proofread the galleyproof. (If you have contributed but have not received such email, please check your spam filter and junk folder, and make certain your email program will accept email from Keibooks...@googlegroups.com and AtlasP...@gmail.com). 

Atlas Poetica is published by Modern English Tanka Press. It will be available for sale starting March 1, 2008. The next reading window for Atlas Poetica will be March 1 - May 31 for the Autumn issue. More information can be obtained at < http://AtlasPoetica.com>.
