Hi Charles,
 
The process of learning how and when to spend is part of the training that I believe Ka-Ching is doing with us and our children. Something we started before Ka-Ching arrived in our home.
 
Shirley, who asked the question, and I both have lots of little children so the issue of where to save the money as indicated in the Parents manual in the IGAF, savings etc categories is a valid and important issue.
