Msunduzi has Advertised their MTP Members and has Called for Comments on their Draft Bylaw

Msunduzi Municipality advertised the members of their Municipal Planning Tribunal on 21 August 2015 in The Witness. Please see https://sites.google.com/site/akznplanner/spluma-municipal-planning-tribunals for a copy of the notice. Two professional planners on the MPT and two professional planners on the Appeal Advisory Panel.

 

Msunduzi Municipality also published their call for comments on their draft municipal planning bylaw on 21 August 2015 in The Witness. The closing date is 4 September 2015. Please see https://sites.google.com/site/akznplanner/kzn-spluma-municipal-planning-bylaws/draft-planning-bylaws-currently-out-on-comment for a copy of the notice.

Msunduzi’s draft bylaw is now available at https://sites.google.com/site/akznplanner/kzn-spluma-municipal-planning-bylaws/draft-planning-bylaws-currently-out-on-comment

 

It appears to have more sections than the generic municipal planning bylaw but has less pages…

 

Please note that the closing date for comments is 4 September 2015 i.e. a 14 day commenting period.
